We live on a friendly and lively street in Perry, Iowa. Perry is a smaller town about 40 minutes from down town Des Moines. We chose our house SPECIFICALLY for raising a family. We live on a street with many other children that almost daily run around and play together. We live less than a block from the elementary school, and we are literally across the street from a large park with walking trails, multiple playgrounds, soccer fields, a disc golf course, and a nature walk. Our home is currently set up with a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath layout, but we have room to grow into an unfinished basement. It’s far too big for just the two of us, and we cant wait to fill it up with little ones!
